This program works and has the same feel as Adobe Photoshop Everything graphic done on this site can be accomplished with this. A Photoshop Clone. Literally a clone....As in a copy....Even rhymes with Photoshop.... Microsoft started this program to replace the windows paint program. However the project got dropped but the developers continued to finish it and are adding add-ons to it even today. Just like above although not 1# recommended, can still do everything graphic discussed on this site.
