Welcome to the Essential Feature of:

 PBS Team Process

 

 

Feature Purpose: A representative PBS team meets regularly and uses effective & efficient processes.

Feature Outcomes: This means that all grade levels, departments, and /or specialty areas have representation on the team, the team meets at least monthly, works from an action plan, has meeting agendas, team roles that are actively implemented, and communication processes that lead to intervention planning and implementation school wide. 

Proficient Level of Implementation is:

·     We have a PBS Team that represents all staff.

·     We have a PBS Team that has defined a clear purpose, annually assigns and regularly follows through with roles, uses agenda tied to our action plan, meets at least monthly and takes and distributes minutes to all faculty and staff.

Implementation Examples Include:

·        PBS Action Plan that is reviewed and updated at least annually

·        PBS team roles delineated and implemented

·        PBS meeting agendas tied to PBS Action Plan

·        PBS meeting minutes are taken and distributed in a timely manner

CPS Positive Behavior Support Team Roles and Responsibilities - this form outlines common team roles that efficient and effective PBS team utilize to spread responsibilities while also building fluency with PBS Essential Features.
