Smithton Media Center
Smithton Summer Reading 2011
June 6 - August 6
For summer reading, the Smithton Media Center is encouraging all students to sign-up for the Columbia Public Library Summer Reading Program which runs from June 6th through August 6th. In addition, SSmithton will open the media center to Smithton students for book checkout three times this summer and hosting an hour activity at each event. Come when you can stay as long as you want. These dates will count as public library activities for their summer reading program.
The Columbia Public Library has a fun and eventful summer reading program for people of all ages. Smithton students are at an age where they can to choose to participate in the children or teen programs. They are encouraged to choose either.
