The following are MINIMUM requirements to receive a high school diploma from Columbia Public Schools:
English & Language Arts 4 Credits
Social Studies 3 credits: World History (1), US History (1), Government (½) and an elective (½)
Math 3 credits
Science 3 credits: Physical (1) and Biological (1)
Fine Arts 1 credit
Practical Arts 1 credit (.5 must be personal finance)
PE 1 credit
Health ½ credit
Electives 7 ½ credits
Total: 24 credits
**Please note: this is the absolute MINIMUM required to graduate. Rock Bridge Senior High School STRONGLY encourages all students to take the four core curriculum courses every year of high school.
