RB Performing Arts presents the All School Play: CURIOUS SAVAGE Fri. March 14 (7pm), Sat. March 15 (7pm) and Sunday, March 16 (3pm) Cost $6.00 per ticket, RBHS student activity pass accepted as admission fee. Tickets for sale now in the RBHS Performing Arts Office in the music wing.
You won’t want to miss this comedy performed by students grades 9 – 12. When the rich widow, Ethel Savage, attempts to give away her money to worthy causes, her greedy stepchildren commit her to a mental institution and try to get control of her fortune. In amusing and heartwarming ways, the guests of the special place help Mrs. Savage save her inheritance and learn important lessons about life.
RBHS Science Olympiad Team Takes First Place at Regionals!
Congratulations to the RBHS Science Olympiad team on their first-place finish at Regionals over the weekend! Rock Bridge had two teams compete. Each team competed against five other high schools from Mid-Missouri. The RBHS “Gold” team took first-place and the “Green” team took fourth at the event. RBHS advances to state on April 12 at MIZZOU. The RBHS Science Olympiad Team is coached by RBHS Chemistry teacher Stephanie Harman.

The Rock Bridge Scholar Bowl A-team went an undefeated 9-0 on the day to win the Helias Catholic Invitational Tournament on Feb. 22 in Jefferson City. The B-team earned 5th while the JV team beat several school's Varsity teams, finishing 5--3 on the day. A-team members consisted of Delaney Tevis, Robby Schmidt, Ashwini Mantrala, and Salah Daghlas (who earned the top overall player award). B-teamers were Jett Ballou-Crawford, Jenny Zulovich, Clarissa Curry, Andy Kegley, and Alex Parks. The JV team was comprised of Nathan Kempf, Daniel Shi, Alain Chen, and Arnold Chen.

* Capers, the Rock Bridge High School talent show, will take place in the PAC on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 7:00 pm.
* Capers auditions will be held in the PAC on Wednesday, March 12 & Thursday, March 13 at 4:30 pm.
* Auditions are open for all RBHS students.
Audition applications are located in the activities office. All applications are due by 4:15 pm on Friday, March 7th.
