Upon arriving at the agency, you gather the best executives (besides yourself, of course) and head to the conference room. There, the 3 or 4 of you begin the plan by completing the following steps.
1. Read the descriptions of the roles below. Each executive will need to choose their role for the team.

2. After you have chosen your roles, inform your CEO (Classroom Educating Officer, or teacher) of your choices.
3. Now your team needs to decide how it is going to advertise Columbia and report to the CEO. Your team may advertise using a:
- PowerPoint presentation
- Publisher brochure
- or a poster gallery exhibit.
