Appearance
(Is there too much?)
The ad is easy to read and has few distractions. The ad has some distractions that are confusing to reader. The ad has many distractions that are confusing to reader.
Grammar
(Capitalization, punctuation, spelling)
There are few grammar mistakes. There are some grammar mistakes, but the don't confuse the reader. There are many grammar mistakes that confuse the reader.

(Did you work together?)
Worked well with partner on every aspect of ad. Worked with partner on most parts of the ad. Did not work with partner for many parts of the ad.
Effort
(How hard did you try?)
Worked on the ad to the fullest potential. Worked to most of potential on ad. Did not try to complete ad.
