Document Server
There are 2 ways to setup Document Server on the printer driver.
1. By going through Devices and printers> select printer> printing properties > Job/Log
This is the way I have given instruction to my teachers and building to do to set up Document server in the past. THIS WAY CAUSED HUGE ISSUES! This not only stuck to the computer we wanted it to every time, but any teacher that printed something it also changed the sittings on the print server so it stuck to all users printing through the print server . Everyone in the entire building had document server and all documents were being sent to one teacher. I don't know how the printer server captured this and made it the default sittings for everyone, but it did.
2. Configure the settings through a Word document and it will translate to all of the documents you print from that particular computer if you are logged in as yourself. Below are detailed steps and if you would like screenshots you can
