Home Access for Parents

Click here for Home Access, a Web-based, real-time parental tool allowing you to check your student's current attendance, scheduled courses, demographic information, and class work. Home Access is new to our district, and as other schools begin to implement the program they will be added to the list below. Please contact your school for more information.

General Rules for Home Access Setup

  • The Home Access user must be listed on the student contact screen in order to receive a login and password. If a user is not listed in the Columbia Public Schools student system as a contact, he or she cannot be set up for Home Access.
  • If you are experiencing difficulty attempting to register via the Web site or have questions regarding your student's information, please contact the office at the school your student attends.
