B. B. King: Live at the Regal

Genre: Blues

Dates: 1964

King's best known for his stinging, stabbing, single-note solos, but the amazing thing about this, the most famous of all live blues recordings, is the intensity of his singing. It's also a greatest hits set, and thus the only B. B. King record the non-specialist must hear. Oh yes: it does feature great guitar.
