1) Read to enjoy and discover different types of poetry (focus on cinquain and five w's poems).2) Complete two poetry templates - the cinquain poem and the five w's poem (who, what, when, where and why).
3) Publish and illustrate at least two poems.4) Exchange poems with a poetry pen pal.
